How long does AI implementation take?

Thirty days from kickoff to live, at the outside, and often less. The deadline is the point: it's what stops an AI project turning into an eighteen-month evaluation that quietly gets shelved.

Do we need AI expertise in-house?

None. That's the entire premise. We handle provider selection, model choices, admin configuration, spending controls, and staff enablement, and we hand back a setup your existing IT team can run without us.

How do you stop the AI bill running away?

Two ways. We match the right model to each job, since most overspending is a premium model doing trivial work, and we set hard limits at the provider so there's a ceiling, not just a dashboard you'd have to remember to check.

The Clarity Package is $500 USD and the Implementation Package is $5,000 USD. Both are one-off and fixed, with no hourly rates and no variable scope. Provider licence fees are paid directly to your provider and sit outside our fee; we size those with you so there are no surprises on either side.

We already have some AI licences. Is it too late?

No. It's the most common place we start. Scattered licences, no admin controls, and spend nobody can account for is a normal starting point. We audit what you already have, keep what's working, and fold the rest into one governed setup.
